LE ROY – Woodward Memorial Library, 7 Wolcott St., will kick off its summer season studying program with a community-wide celebration tonight.

The library is presenting a “Spot-A-Truck Parade” rather than a standard gathering on the library. The occasion begins at 6 p.m.
